I can say unequivocally that we would use them again for another project. Any project will have some unexpected challenges, and ours certainly did. What I appreciated was that Sean and his crew clearly communicated issues and also options for how to fix/solve the challenge. If we were stuck for ideas, he had suggestions, and if we had a clear vision, he helped to create that. When we first met with him and team to discuss the project and get the bid, they were not the cheapest option we had. However, we realized after choosing them that they were quite cost effective and they worked very hard to not disrupt the rest of the household during the project. (We appreciated how they cleaned up everything at the end of each day!) The time we took in the beginning to map out the project and agree to the costs of a "master bathroom" really did mean that he and team charged us for the agreed upon end result. No surprises. We couldn't be happier with our new, updated bathroom."

Over six months had passed, by the time I contacted Seattle Remodeling Co. They pulled together all the red tape in an extremely short period of time and started prepping to rebuild my home, and all about the time Covid hit . With great effort and sensitivity, they, in less than six months were able to take my home down to the foundation, rebuild it and finish. And way beyond my expectations they helped me get it on the market. The quality of work was superior to my expectations. Also, and I was able to move on feeling like they were family.
